Jobster First to Integrate Vertical Search and Social Networking Into Single Purposeful Employment Service



SEATTLE, July 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Jobster Inc., the leading provider of
targeted job advertising services, today announced it acquired WorkZoo, Inc.,
a leading vertical search engine that enables job-seekers to search all major
job boards with one click.  Based in Fountain Valley, Calif., WorkZoo receives
more than 600,000 unique searches and averages 5 million page views per month.
Jobster plans to introduce an integrated service under its brand later this
year.  During this transition, service will continue for WorkZoo users.
Jobster also announced that it in the coming days it will include integration
of the new Google Maps API into the Jobster/WorkZoo technology platform.
    With the WorkZoo acquisition, Jobster is the first company to integrate
vertical search and social networking into a purposeful employment service.
Jobster is powering a new and more efficient system for online recruiting that
enables employers to proactively reach the right person with the right job at
the right time through a variety of highly targeted channels while also
empowering qualified job seekers to stand out from the pack and get hired.
Jobster will integrate WorkZoo into its targeted advertising services for
employers as well as into its consumer platform for job seekers.
